HHS 100 Series Moisture Analyzer

High Temperatures Capability The HHS 100 series sensor is designed for direct insertion into exhaust ducts and stacks from boilers, driers, or ovens. A constant sample of the process stream is measured to ensure accuracy. The sensor determines % volume water and dry-bulb temperature of samples. The HHS 100 series has an advantage compared to other sensors because it can operate under much higher temperatures ranging from 0 to 400 degree Celsius. NiMH Rechargeable Supply Most stack measurements must be made in difficult locations- on the roof of a building, or at a high level about an oven. Mains-powered instruments are always a major disadvantage in these conditions. Significant time can be wasted arranging for suitable extension leads and/or weatherproof power supplies. High capacity rechargeable NiMH batteries ensure that the HHS 100 has an effective measurement time of at least 3 hours on one set of four standard AA cells. No external supply or extension leads are necessary. Additional sets of rechargeable batteries can be supplied for extended measurement times. LCD Display An easy to read LCD screen displays the measured values of % volume water and dry-bulb temperature. Display of dry-bulb temperature is user-selectable, in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
